How long does the class last?

The core curriculum is self-paced — most members complete it in 6–12 months, depending on their schedule and prior experience. Your private coaching sessions, access to the course library, and monthly training calls continue for the full 24-month coaching window and beyond (perpetual library access).

How much time does it take to complete?

We recommend spending 10–15 hours a month on the program. This includes class time, supplemental work, and coaching sessions. Once you are ready to apply your knowledge, your time commitment will increase as you build your commercial multifamily investing business.

I have no background in commercial real estate. Can I do this?
